APD-M2 modules
We have released the 1st batch of APD-M2 modules to our clients .These modules are designed for efficient single photon detection at telecom wavelengths, able to support a count rate exceeding 200 MHz. The palm-size module is fully self-contained and operate stably over a wide ambient temperature. Feel free to contact if you are interested.
